Luxurious hotel with spectacular mountain views. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. Good hot breakfast. Room includes storage space, patio, and new carpet. Very comfy bed. Perfect location only 30 minutes from Santa Barbara airport. Found in a bustling shopping area. Outstanding service for a fine stay.

The hotel is wonderful and fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with fabulous view of the beach. The location is marvellous and beautiful, specially if you want to stay close to coffee house and a zoo. It's set in a trendy area.

The amazing beachfront location was a major perk. 🏖️ Even though some staff members weren't too helpful, my stay here was cozy. the breakfast they served was delicious and came with a lovely view.

If you have an eye for special interior design, I think this is the right place for you. The location towards the beach and the city is perfect.
The staff at the front desk was rude. We did not get an extra bed for "fire safety reasons", although we had booked for 5 people.

The hotel has a great location, just 16 miles away from Santa Barbara airport. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic for dinner, we both enjoyed our dishes. Every staff member was friendly and polite. We didn't want to leave and would love to come back again.

Check in too long and after a long advance booking with room request, the worst room that the system offered. After about 45 minutes I only got a room that I liked!

The room was spacious with a big bathroom, a balcony, and a writing table. The hotel is situated in a fantastic spot, just a short walk away from many restaurants along the boardwalk and the ocean side of the highway. The location was great for exploring the local area, with easy access to State Street's main restaurants and shops.

The room and bathroom were super big. Surprised us positively. The location was great! Directly near the restaurants and the beach and also a supermarket is nearby.
The cleanliness could be greater at the pool (lying and lack of chlorine in the pool). Chairs on the balcony were dirty.
